Azura Abrasid

Azura Abrasid is a PhD candidate in Education at Open University Malaysia, specialising in Digital Literacy and Technology-Driven Teaching and Learning. With over 18 years of experience in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Azura has held leadership roles in curriculum development, accreditation, and international academic partnerships. She has designed professional training programmes for teacher education, refugee education, and early childhood pedagogy. Azura has delivered numerous workshops and international speaking engagements, focusing on adaptive learning, inclusive education, and AI in ECE. She holds a Master’s in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelor’s in Education (Mathematics, Computer Science), along with multiple certifications in AI, pedagogy, and digital learning from institutions like IBM, Yale, Macquarie University, and the University of Michigan. Her contributions to academia include authoring research articles, book chapters, and publications on adaptive learning, teacher training, and parental engagement. She has received awards for innovation in ECE and remains committed to lifelong learning and digital transformation in education.

Anahita Ghanad

Assistant Professor & Head of Master of Education, VUC

Anahita Ghanad

Dr. Anahita Ghanad specialises in university culture, educational leadership, and human resource management. With a Ph.D. in Educational Management from the University of Malaya, she leads the Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching and Learning, as well as the Master of Education and Ph.D. in Education programmes. An active member of the Veritas University Teaching, Learning, and Assessment Committee, and the Research Committee, she plays a key role in shaping academic policies. Dr. Anahita is also involved with the Malaysian Society for Higher Education Policy and Research Development, reflecting her dedication to advancing higher education. Her work in collaborative research and innovative teaching underscores her commitment to educational excellence and institutional growth.

Amer Hamzah Jantan

Amer Hamzah Jantan

Professor Dr. Amer Hamzah Jantan has held key academic leadership roles, including Dean of City Graduate School and Deputy Vice Chancellor for Academic and Research at City University Malaysia, before becoming Deputy Vice Chancellor for Research, Innovation, and Commercialization back in January 2023. With over 14 years of experience at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), he supervised 16 PhD students to graduation and co-supervised eight. At City University Malaysia, he mentored 39 PhD students, with 26 successfully graduating. Dr. Amer’s career spans primary, secondary, and higher education, including roles in the Ministry of Education Malaysia. He holds a degree in Teaching English as a Second Language, a Master of Management from IIUM, and a PhD in Management from UPM. His research focuses on organisational behavior, human resource management, and lifelong learning. He has authored numerous articles, served on editorial boards, and led various educational organisations, including the Malaysian Society for Educational Administration and Management.

Ivy Josiah

Ivy Josiah

Ivy Josiah Vincent holds a Diploma in Social Science (Counselling), a Bachelor of Social Science (Honours) in Psychology, a Master of Arts in Psychology from Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching and Learning from Veritas University College. As a registered psychologist with Persatuan Psikologi Malaysia (PSIMA), Ivy is deeply passionate about psychology. Her research interests include procrastination, 21st-century skills, and workplace behavior. Ivy has supervised six undergraduate students at Veritas and is dedicated to shaping the academic and professional development of future psychologists. Her career began in recruitment and marketing before transitioning into education, where she continues to inspire students with innovative teaching methods and research-driven insights.

Khairunnisa Mispa

Khairunnisa Mispa

Khairunnisa holds a Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), where her dissertation focused on “Designing Virtual User-Centered Design Approach.” She also earned a Bachelor of Computer Science in Multimedia from UPM and a Diploma in Computer Science from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). With over 10 years of experience in tertiary education, Khairunnisa has lectured at various institutions, including UPM, Kolej Teknologi Timur, Limkokwing University, Xiamen University Malaysia, and MAHSA University. Her research and teaching interests include Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Multimedia Applications, and User Experience (UX). She is an active member of the Association of Human-Computer Interaction Malaysia (myHCI-UX) and has contributed to numerous international conferences, such as CHI UX Indonesia, ICRIIS, i-USEr, and FUSION.

Nagasangari Kunagaratnam

Nagasangari is a dedicated educator with over 18 years of experience in Early Childhood and Special Education. Specialising in Special Education for the past 8 years, she has been a Programme Development Coordinator for an NGO for the past 2 years, focusing on supporting individuals with special educational needs. A qualified educator, Nagasangari completed her teacher training at a prominent NGO specialising in Special Education. She holds a Master’s in Education (Special Education) from UM and a Bachelor’s in Commerce (Hons) from USM. She is also a member of the ECCE Council Malaysia and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (OUM).

Assistant Professor Ts. Dr. Saigopal brings over 30 years of management experience in Information Technology, Forensic Computing, and Cybersecurity. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor and Senior Lecturer at BAC Education, he has built expertise across a wide range of areas, including Programming Techniques, Digital Forensic Computing, E-commerce Cybersecurity, Business Intelligence, Fintech, Blockchain, and AI Application Security. Renowned for his proficiency in software programming and cybersecurity, Dr. Saigopal is consistently praised for his ability to simplify complex concepts for clients. He holds a PhD in IoT-based Digital Forensics and Cybersecurity, highlighting his deep specialisation in the field.
